    Sweet Potato Falafel 1 tin chickpeas drained, washed and dried 1 medium sweet potato 2 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp ras el hanout 1 small onion finely chopped 1 garlic clove 3 – 4 tbsp flour  Salt and pepper Cut the sweet potato into slices and place in a steam and steam until tender.     Tempeh Taquitos 1/2 pack Plant Power Tempeh Block 1 tbsp Sainsbury’s Chipotle & Lime Seasoning (feel free to use another Mexican spice mix) 1 tbsp tomato purée 10 corn tortillas In a mini food processor blend the tempeh until it becomes small chunky texture.
