These bites are easy to make and make for a wonderful mid afternoon snack to keep you going until dinner!
Chocolate Protein Bites
100g ombarchocolate dark chocolate
2 tbsp barebiology collagen powder
1/4 cup mightysesameco
1/4 cup dessicated Coconut
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
1/4-1/3 cup Pecans
1/4-1/3 cup Walnuts
Melt the dark chocolate gently and then add the tahini and collagen powder and mix together.
Add in your other ingredients and mix through
Spoon small amounts of the chocolate mixture onto a sheet of baking paper to avoid them sticking to a plate.
Pop into the fridge to firm up and then enjoy.
