Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars

Peanut Butter Bars

10 medjool dates

3 heaped tbsp peanut butter (more for topping)

2 tbsp collagen powder (optional or replace with oat flour or protein powder)

Pinch of salt

50g dark chocolate

1 tsp coconut oil 

In a food processor add the dates, peanut butter, collagen powder and pinch of salt and blend until it’s all well combined but not too sticky (add a little oat flour if it is too sticky) 

Place into a lined baking tray and smooth down with a spoon and pop into the fridge to firm up slightly

Melt the chocolate in a pan and add the coconut oil, mix together.

Pour over the chocolate and then spoon over more of the peanut butter and swirl around

Pop back into the fridge to firm up and then cut into small squares and enjoy.

These are best kept in the fridge in an airtight container
