Tempeh Hot Dogs

1 pack Plant Power Tempeh 

100g chestnut mushrooms

1 1/2 tsp paprika

2 tsp mustard powder

1/4 tsp nutmeg 

1 small onion

1 garlic clove

1/4 cup oat flour (more if needed)

In a pan add the chopped mushrooms and onion along with some salt and cook until almost softened.

In a blender add the tempeh broken into bits, mushrooms, paprika, mustard powder, nutmeg, onion and garlic clove and the oat flour and blend until the mixture comes together, you may need to add more oat flour if needed.

Shape the mixture into long sausage shapes and place on a baking tray

Pop into the oven at 170c and cook for approximately 20 minutes until cooked through.

Drizzle and roll in some olive oil and serve in some buns along with some fried onions and your favourite condiments.
