Due to popular demand I have added another date for my Effortlessly Healthy Everyday Foods Workshop

26th September 7-9pm @ Soper & Co

Come and join BANT registered Nutritional Practitioner and Nutritional Chef Neleta Winter to learn how to prepare effortlessly Healthy everyday foods that will help to support overall health and well-being.
We are bombarded with so much information about what to eat and what not to eat, that it can be difficult to figure out what’s a fun way to enjoy healthy eating.
With Neleta’s passion for food and Nutrition, she will present to you lots of exciting dishes that are not only easy to prepare but also delicious which can help to make healthy eating fit seamlessly into our busy lives.
Learn how to prepare exciting nutritious dishes and how they can support our health and what we can incorporate to promote health and well-being.
Neleta doesn’t believe in fad diets but eating delicious and nutritious foods and trust me when I say, there’s normally lots of chocolate involved!
The workshop will cover
  • At least 5 wonderful dishes that are not only nutritious but easy to prepare and packed full of amazing ingredients
  • Key nutrients and foods that will help to support everyday health
  • Delicious snacks to indulge in
  • Learn how to incorporate a balanced lifestyle into our busy lives
  • Receive a free Ebook with all the recipes from the workshop
And remember to bring an empty stomach as there will be lots of delicious foods to sample as well as some healthy sweet treats to indulge in.
Effortlessly Healthy Everyday Foods Workshop cost - £30 per person including a small booking fee (includes refreshments, sweet treats and plenty of foods to sample)
*Please be aware that some of the dishes will/may contain nuts, gluten, soya, eggs.
Neleta Winter BSc (Hons) dipION mBANT CNHC who runs Nourish & Flourish Nutrition has a real passion for food and educating people on how to prepare simple, fun and nutritious foods.
She offers one to one health and well-being consultations, as well as fun and interactive workshops and individual cooking lessons.
