This is definitely one for the kids to make and eat and it’s packed with amazing ingredients that will help to nourish them from the inside out and they won’t even notice.
Packed with strawberries that are high in vitamin c to support immune health as well as healthy fats from the avocado, potassium from the banana, healthy fats and protein from the peanut butter, these ice lollies are quite the healthy sweet treat and by add in beetroot too gives an even richer colour as well as of course adding in more wonderful nutrients.
dipping them in dark chocolate and coating them in pistachios just makes them that extra indulgent and plus, as adults can enjoy them too.
