Nutrient dense smoothie
1 small banana
1/2 courgette
Handful of blackberries
Handful of kale
1/2 avocado optional but packed with healthy fats
1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
1 heaped tbsp organised blend
Raw milk amount depends on your thickness preference
Add all the ingredients to a blender and whizz until smooth adding in more milk if needed and then enjoy!
