peanut butter brownies

Ingredients
1 1/2 mashed banana
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 cup naturya cacao+ powder
50g montezumaschocs melted chocolate
1/4 cup manilife_ peanut butter
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup almond milk
In a bowl add the oat flour, cacao powder, coconut sugar, bicarb and mix together
Add the mashed banana, extra virgin olive oil and peanut butter and milk and mix together! Add the melted chocolate and stir until you get a nice smooth consistency! Swirl some extra pB on the top!
Pour into a baking tray and bake in the oven at 170c for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into squares!
