autumn yoghurt bowl

Berries such as blackberries and blueberries are in season as well as pears and apples and they are the perfect addition to our breakfast bowls!

Berries are loaded with antioxidants such as anthocyanins that help to support our body against oxidative stress as well as help protect and improve your brain function, they also have potent anti-inflammatory properties

Pears are an unassuming power house of nutrients containing great amounts of fibre, as well as vitamin C, vitamin K, small amounts of folate, provitamin A, and niacin. Folate and niacin are important for cellular function and energy production, while provitamin A supports skin health and wound healing. But also they are a rich source of copper and potassium. Copper plays a role in immunity, cholesterol metabolism, and nerve function, whereas potassium aids muscle contractions and heart function.

This delicious yoghurt and granola bowl contains delicious freshly picked blackberries and sweet pear to give those wonderful autumn vibes
