Protein rich chocolate banana breads

I think this weather call for a deliciously nourishing and warming snack and these Protein rich spiced chocolate banana breads are the perfect autumnal treat!

Protein is the most plentiful component of our body, they function as building blocks for most the the bodies components and also functions as enzymes, hormones, cells and genes.

Proteins are formed of structures called amino acids and although our body can manufacture most amino acids, our body requires an adequate protein intake to provide us with the amino acids that our body can not produce known as essential amino acids.

Protein also reduces your level of the hunger hormone ghrelin. It also boosts the levels of peptide YY, a hormone that makes you feel full

By including protein at each meal including snacks can help to support blood sugar levels, reduce hunger cravings and support energy levels!
